Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus Washington D.C. — anywhere in the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories.

Shipping rates

All packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage from our warehouse in Brunswick, Ohio. Rates depend on the item and order subtotal:

Free-shipping orders include: 2× organizers ($138), 4× trash cans ($156), and the bundle ($99).

Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Delivery time

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 3–5 business days after pickup. Actual delivery depends on your distance from Brunswick, Ohio (44212) and current USPS network conditions. We do not control USPS transit times.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

• Wait 24 hours — USPS occasionally marks delivered before the carrier physically drops it.
• Check with neighbors, building manager, or your front porch and side doors.
• If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@automod.shop with your order number. We'll work with USPS to file a trace and replace your order if necessary.

Packages that show "Delayed" or "In transit" status: please allow up to 10 business days from ship date before contacting us — most resolve on their own.

Damaged on arrival

If your AUTOMOD product arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at support@automod.shop with your order number and photos of the damage and the shipping carton. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.

Return policy — The Brand-New Promise

You have 90 days from delivery to return your AUTOMOD product for any reason. The return is hassle-free:

• You keep the product. No return shipment required. You receive a full refund and the item stays with you.
• No restocking fee.
• No questions asked. "I changed my mind" is a valid reason.

To start a return, email support@automod.shop with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

After 90 days

The 90-day Brand-New Promise ends after 90 days from delivery. After that, our standard 5-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures (seams splitting, handles tearing, strap snapping, liner peeling). See the warranty page for full terms.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, email us within 1 hour at support@automod.shop. After 1 hour the order may already be in our pack queue and we cannot reroute.

Order cancellations

To cancel an unshipped order, email us within 1 hour. After shipping, follow the return policy above.
