These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AUTOMOD website (automod.shop) and the purchase of AUTOMOD products. AUTOMOD is a brand operated by TRAFFICPULSE LLC, an Ohio limited liability company located at Brunswick, OH 44212.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account information

We don't require you to create an account to shop. Information you provide at checkout (name, address, email, phone) must be accurate and current. You're responsible for keeping your contact information up to date so we can deliver your order.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Once you've placed an order at a price, that price is locked for that order.
• Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, or pricing error. If we cancel an order before shipping, we'll refund any payment made.
• Sales tax is calculated and collected based on your shipping address as required by U.S. state law.

6. Warranty

AUTOMOD products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty and a 5-year Won't-Fall-Apart Promise. See our Warranty page for full coverage and claim instructions.

7. Product use and safety

AUTOMOD products are designed for personal vehicle use. Specifically:

• The AUTOMOD Trunk Organizer is rated for up to 60 lbs of contents and is intended for cargo organization in standard passenger vehicles.
• The AUTOMOD Car Trash Can has a 2.5-gallon capacity and is intended to be hung from a headrest, gear shift, console handle, or glove box latch.
• Do not use these products to contain flammable, hazardous, or biological waste.
• Do not place loose AUTOMOD products on the driver's seat, dashboard, or anywhere they could obstruct the driver's vision or interfere with airbags.
• Always secure cargo per your vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.

You assume responsibility for proper installation and safe use. AUTOMOD is not liable for damage to vehicles or personal property caused by improper use, overloading, or unsafe placement.

8. Intellectual property

The AUTOMOD name, logo, website design, copy, photographs, and packaging are the property of TRAFFICPULSE LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Customer reviews displayed on the site labeled "Verified Amazon" or "Verified Walmart" are reviews of products in the same factory class as ours, sourced from public review aggregators with the original platform credited under each quote. They are not reviews of the AUTOMOD brand.

9. User-generated content

If you send us photos or videos for warranty, support, or marketing purposes, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content on our website, social media, and advertising — with attribution if you request it.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment methods, or misrepresent identity.
• Resell AUTOMOD products without written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the site for commercial use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including via bots, scripts, or denial-of-service attacks.

11. Disclaimers

The site and AUTOMOD products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond the express warranties stated on this site (90-day Brand-New Promise, 1-year warranty, 5-year promise). To the extent permitted by Ohio law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, TRAFFICPULSE LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of AUTOMOD products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of vehicle use, damage to vehicles or other property, or damages from delays, lost data, or third-party actions.

Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRAFFICPULSE LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your misuse of an AUTOMOD product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the purchase of AUTOMOD products must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Medina County, Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Class action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against TRAFFICPULSE LLC.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Changes apply prospectively only — orders placed before the change are governed by the prior version.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, Refund Policy, and Warranty, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRAFFICPULSE LLC regarding the use of the AUTOMOD site and products.
